In a peaceful rural position close to the beautiful Angus coast and Carnoustie famed for its championship golf course and where water sports enthusiasts can enjoy windsurfing canoeing and sailing in the large shallow sandy bay. Visit Crombie Park (3.5 miles) and Monikie Park with a tree walk and water sports. There is a local farm shop close by with a cafe. The property is within easy reach of the historic town of Arbroath famed for the Arbroath Smokie with its splendid abbey harbour sandy beaches and stunning sandstone cliffs. Visit Lunan Bay 10 miles to the north east. The area is perfect for walking cycling and hiking with coastal paths woodland walks country park trails and the Angus Glens. The city of Dundee is close by with shopping and leisure facilities including the V&A museum. Enter this wonderful detached period property into the hall and through to the stylish comfortable lounge with beautiful front garden views. Relax and enjoy a great movie together on the cinema screen and on those cooler evenings light up the wonderful roaring open fire.
