With light, bright open spaces, this contemporary and stylish beach side apartment is full of state-of-the-art features and technology including an integrated sound system and wood burning stove. The large kitchen/dining and sitting room is open plan with views of the beach and sea from the large balcony which is a perfect place for outside dining. The giant windows leading out to the balcony capture the expansive ocean views, so whether it rains or shines, you'll be sure to have a view to remember.



The third floor has a king-size bedroom with an en suite shower room and private balcony area, a stylish twin bedroom and a family bathroom. The fourth floor boasts two large king-size bedrooms, both with en suite shower rooms and one with it's own private balcony and cathedral style windows. All four bedrooms have been stylishly furnished with Smart televisions for added comfort. Outside, along with the balcony space, to the rear of the property accessed through the garage, is a small private and enclosed area. This space also has an outside shower, ideal for rinsing off after a day spent on the beach.



Portreath beach is family friendly and perfect for a day soaking up the sunshine and making sand castles, and for those feeling brave, a dip in the sea! At certain times of the year, at high tide when there is a big swell, the beach is very popular with the keen body boarders who come to surf the harbour wall to ride 'The Vortex'. For those wanting an active holiday, why not hire a bicycle and try out the cycle paths closeby taking you from the North coast, to the South. Portreath has several beach shops, a bakery, cafes and a village pub, all within a few steps from the front door.
