This immaculately presented holiday home is in the centre of Narberth and backs on to the playing fields. Narberth is a quaint little market town in the heart of Pembrokeshire with an array of independent shops bars and restaurants. There are woodland and countryside walks straight from the front door - why not stretch your legs and take a stroll to nearby Canaston Woods? For a family day out Oakwood theme park and Folly Farm Adventure Park & Zoo are nearby. Or if you fancy a day at the seaside there are quieter beaches such as Wisemans Bridge and Amroth and the popular coastal resorts of Saundersfoot and Tenby all a short drive away. As you enter this large townhouse you will find two of the five bedrooms on the ground floor. The first bedroom is a family room which has a double and a single bed plus room for a travel cot if necessary with a TV. The second bedroom is a twin room with an en suite shower room complete with WC. There is a further shower room with WC available on the ground floor perfect to get cleaned up after a day of exploring! Under the stairs you ll find a utility closet with a washing machine and tumble dryer. To the rear of the ground floor there is a boot room providing storage for shoes and coats it is also well equipped for your dogs. There is a dog basket and dog bowls available at the property. On to the first floor you will find your living space. There is a large lounge/diner with ample seating provided and a smart TV. There are French doors off the lounge area leading onto your very own balcony to enjoy your morning coffee looking out over the playing fields and watching the sunrise you can enjoy views of the local sports ground and on a match day you can even cheer on the local side from here. The dining table is big enough for ten to enjoy a meal together or simply sit around and enjoy games and some snacks. The contemporary kitchen is equipped with an electric oven gas hob dishwasher microwave and fridge freezer everything you could need to prepare a simple breakfast or evening meal. On the second floor you will find three further bedrooms. There is a double room at the front of the house with built-in storage and a smart TV a twin room plus a single room. All bedrooms are well proportioned and have ample storage for guests clothing and belongings. There is also a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. The enclosed gravelled garden to the rear is complete with garden furniture and a BBQ stand for use with disposable BBQs - perfect for dining al fresco after a day out. There is an enclosed private parking area to the right hand side of the property large enough to fit 3 cars.
