Beautifully refurbished split level terraced house on the edge of the popular seaside town of New Quay.
Ideally located to explore the stunning coastline stretching in both directions and is situated on the Ceredigion Coastal Path, which takes in beaches such as Llangrannog and Cwmtydu. New Quay has brightly coloured terraced houses that line the streets down to the harbour, quaint shops, tea rooms and restaurants. The town is renowned for dolphin sightings and on a calm day you are likely to see them whilst relaxing on the harbour wall. You will be within a short distance of the National Trust’s Llanerchaeron House. Penbryn beach is a 25 minute drive and the beautiful waterfalls of Devils Bridge near Aberystwyth 1 hour drive and in walking distance of New Quay’s beaches.
The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 2 doubles and 1 twin with TV, DVD and games console.

Lounge: with woodburner (logs available locally), TV, DVD, CD player and iPod dock. Kitchen / diner: accessed via steps down. Kitchen area well-equipped with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and woodburner. Utility: with fridge / freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Outside: terraced decked area with garden furniture and extensive sea views.
