Enjoying an enviable location in this popular fishing town with views of the sea across open meadowland and the coastal golf course this is a superb property for a family of all ages. Stroll to the local beach opposite the house with a picnic lunch walk your dog and play in the rock pools. Enjoy walks along the long promenade and the main sandy beach spotting the famous sea-based sculpture of The Couple at high tide. There are cafes shops restaurants and bars all within walking distance and nearby there is a wide range of coastal castle and countryside attractions to keep everyone happy Warkworth and Amble Whitley Bay Alnwick Castle and Gardens Druridge Bay and country park. Step inside this welcoming property into the hallway on the right you will find the bright and spacious lounge with high ceilings and lovely views across the meadow and golf course towards the beach. Relax together on two comfortable sofas catching up on your favourite films on Smart TV and there is a warming gas fire for cosy evenings.
