Also Roadford Lake and Colliford Reservoir both within a 30-minute drive are regarded as some of the best brown trout fisheries in England. Perfectly placed close to the Devon/Cornwall border and within a short drive of the A30 it provides a convenient location from which to explore both counties and the north and south coasts. Head north and enjoy the beautifully rugged coastline and long sandy beaches or journey south and spend a day exploring historic Plymouth with its Hoe Barbican and much more. Other attractions and places of interest easily accessible from here include the pretty fishing villages of Boscastle Tintagel and Port Isaac the stunning Camel Valley and Camel Valley Vineyard and Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor.
