This inverted two-bedroom cottage provides a comfortable blend of classic and contemporary accommodation. Being close to Otmoor and the RSPB Nature Reserve this is a peaceful popular place for nature enthusiasts. Bring the binoculars for some wonderful sightings of lapwings wigeons redshanks and other visiting birds or take leisurely walks to nearby Islip Beckley or Stanton St John for the local pubs or walk into the village and take the children to the newly installed play park or visit a local village stall and purchase some home grown produce. Another great plus is that this rural location is close to Oxford the M40 for London Windsor or Birmingham; the Cotswolds are less than 30 minutes away and its ideal for touring the wider area too. On arrival at the property you will find a useful entrance hall and the first bedroom that contains a comfy superking bed 32 TV with Freeview and DVD. Upstairs are the communal areas including an L-shaped lounge with ample comfy seating a 43 Smart TV which you can access Netflix Prime Video etc. with attached CD player and Wi Fi the perfect space for relaxing after a day of exploring the area.
