Families will love all the many attractions of the sea front including theSea Life Centre amusements beach and traditional seaside fun galore. Towns and villages around offer lots more too the historic bustling cathedral city of Norwich is only thirty minutes by car and the beautiful Norfolk Broads are not far you can hire a boat for the day to explore this vast waterway. Even out of season there are lovely beach walks the seal colonies at Winterton on Sea cosy pubs and local towns and villages to explore. You enter this property into the hallway which features artwork and framed wartime newspaper cuttings found during the renovation. Through to the left into the cosy lounge area there is seating for everyone on comfortable sofas which surround an electric feature fire and a Smart TV. The next room along is a ground floor double bedroom with plenty of storage for your personal belongings. Head on through to the dining area with seating for six but the table does extend to cater for eight guests and there are two extra chairs if you decide to dine together. The dining area has a classic American-style theme to it not only with the artwork but the 50s style fridge/freezer too. The fabulously decorated kitchen which carries on the American diner-style theme has everything the chef of the group will need to prepare a hearty meal including a Rangemaster gas oven and hob additional electric oven fridge/freezer microwave dishwasher and a washing machine. If you get sand in your clothes from your beach adventures there is a ground floor shower room with shower and WC just off from the kitchen. Heading upstairs you have three bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and WC. The spacious master bedroom is a king-size there is one twin zip-and-link room (can be made into a super-king-size on request) and to complete the property there is a double bedroom. Outside there is an enclosed patio courtyard area that has plenty of seating and a table for guests to soak up the sun and perhaps indulge in some cocktails and a spot of al fresco dining. There is roadside parking which is subject to availability and paid public car parks around the town.
