A great location for walkers cyclists and outdoor activities such as dry slope skiing and tobogganing in the Pembrey Country Park with its eight miles of golden sandy beaches. The lovely little town of Burry Port has a good selection of shops pubs restaurants and a lovely harbour a hive of activity where you can sit and watch the local fisherman return with their catch. Further afield is the Gower peninsula with its stunning coastline and shopping in the City of Swansea or in the old market town of Carmarthen. Take a fun filled family day trip to the Oakwood theme park and Heatherton World of Activities. (Please check admittance for the various attractions).
