Portmeirion Italianate village is close by made famous for the TV show The Prisoner and now home to an annual music festival. The area also offers a superb range of traditional seaside activities including swimming sailing surfing and canoeing as well as fantastic walking and cycling opportunities. Twenty one steps take you up from the high street to a enclosed courtyard seating area and the entrance into this contemporary apartment. On entering this spacious apartment you will find yourself in the large utility area before going through to the central hallway and the well appointed kitchen/diner with everything needed to prepare wonderful family meals. The kitchen offers an electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. The lounge is a cosy room with views over the high street and is equipped with a Smart TV.
