A gorgeous apartment with fantastic finishing touches this loft-style penthouse is ideally located for seeing the best of West Cornwall. Overlooking Praa Sands you ll have a beach right on your doorstep for making the most of the sun or trying out your hand at water sports. Alternatively travel just a few miles west and you ll discover Marazion home to the glorious sight of St Michaels Mount. Slightly further afield explore St Ives and Penzance or venture to either the most westerly point of the UK at Lands End or its most southerly at The Lizard. This penthouse truly is beautiful with plenty of space for all the family or group during your stay. The airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is flooded with light thanks to the floor to ceiling windows. The lounge area features a large comfortable corner sofa TV/DVD game consle and French doors with a Juliet balcony. There is a further king-size zip-and-link bed in the second bedroom which can be made up as a twin on request. This room also has a TV and en-suite shower room with WC. The third bedroom has twin beds. The main bathroom for the property has a shower over bath and WC. The apartment has private off-road parking for two cars and there is an external drying area for wetsuits on the ground floor of the building.
