This spacious apartment is ideally located; its rooms inhabit the entire ground floor of an imposing Victorian property overlooking the estuary and the bay beyond. This property is just a short walk from the towns quay pubs and restaurants. Ready Money Cove is a few minutes away on foot with a sandy beach with rock pools to enjoy or from which to launch your kayak and explore the bay. Take a trip to Polruan on the passenger ferry or travel to the village of Mevagissey on a small ferry - a pretty coastal boat trip. Top visitor attractions to visit during your stay include The Eden Project Hangloose Adventures Charlestown (one of the filming locations in the TV series Poldark) and The Lost Gardens of Heligan. For wayfarers there are countless beaches and coastal walks within easy reach. For golfers there are several good courses a short drive away at Carlyon Bay and Lanhydrock. On arrival at the ground floor period residence enter the hallway through the front door (via a short series of steps) and into the light and spacious open-plan kitchen/lounge/diner.
