This property enjoys a fantastic location just a fifteen-minute walk from Eastbourne town centre. A short walk to the end of the road brings guests to the seafront Royal Parade where they will find the shingle beach as well as an adventure golf and a choice of cafes. Just a few minutes walk west along the seafront is the impressive building of the Redoubt Fortress whilst about the same distance to the east there is a fantastic water sports centre offering lessons in a wide range of activities including paddle boarding powerboating and kayaking. This property has two front entrances either via stairs from the street down to the lower-ground floor of the property or up a flight of external stairs to the propertys ground floor. The lower-ground floor is home to the kitchen/diner a well-equipped space which offers a double-oven hob fridge and dishwasher as well as a dining table seating six and patio doors which open onto the garden. There is also an additional room on this floor which has a fold-out single futon ideal for accommodating a sixth guest if needed. Outside the property enjoys a roof terrace which is accessed through a door on the first-floor landing as well as patio garden with table and chairs located just off the kitchen/diner making it the perfect spot for enjoying al fresco dining.
