The tasteful and calming interior provides stylish accommodation and is a perfect family retreat to explore the Lincolnshire Wolds and stunning coast. Set on a private road in the village of Sandilands and close to Sutton on Sea with its endless sandy beach. This is the perfect base for discovering other coastal towns such as Skegness with attractions including Natureland Seal Sanctuary and Fantasy Island. Slightly further away is the beautiful city of Lincoln with its castle cathedral and bespoke shops. For keen walkers there are numerous coastal and wold walks. On entering this property there is there is an additional sunny snug with TV/DVD perfect for curling up with a good book. Stairs lead to the first floor.
