There are local shops pub takeaway and most importantly the array of beautiful sandy beaches all within easy reach. This is the perfect location to enjoy both an active or relaxing coastal escape and is ever so popular with surfers and walkers. Spend a day enjoying all the on-site shared facilities to include indoor heated swimming pool hot tub childrens playground and games room to name a few. You will be spoilt for choice with an array of beaches and beautiful coastline all within a few moments drive of the property including the iconic Worms Head in Rhosilli. (Please check admittance for the various attractions). Open the side door into the small entrance hallway the perfect place to hang your coats kick off your walking boots or flip flops. To the right of the entrance hallway you will find yourself at the heart of the home the light filled open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner where you can relax in front of the TV on the comfy sofas or curl up with a good book in-front of the flame effect electric fire. The kitchen area is perfectly positioned to prepare a home cooked meal and comes with an electric oven and hob microwave and fridge with small freezer compartment and has a view over the rear garden area. Enjoy your meal together around the dining table after a busy day exploring. Leading off the lounge you will find the master double bedroom with ample storage and the perfect place to relax after a busy day. Located next to the double is cosy twin bedroom which has been tastefully decorated. To complete the property you will find the shower room with shower and WC an inviting space to enjoy a hot soak after an active day exploring the dramatic coastline. Heading outside you will have access to the small rear garden with added garden furniture the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or sit and relax with a good book. The property also has access to the communal garden area and grounds which has benches and provides space to relax with a picnic or to kick a football. On-site shared facilities include indoor heated pool hot tub (April-September only) outdoor playground games room and soft play area (charges may apply). There is private parking for two cars.
