Located in the upper west wing of a lovely large Edwardian property with small separate apartment above this light and spacious apartment is perfectly situated for beachside activities. As its close to Seagrove Bay and to the gorgeous Priory Bay you can enjoy swimming paddling and boating fun. For off-the-water interests wander into the atmospheric village centre of Seaview which has small shops a sailing club and restaurants. Entering the three bedroom self-contained property via a raised gantry that leads from the lane to the front door there is a large open-plan kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob microwave fridge freezer and dishwasher. Alongside is a pleasant dining area with doors leading out to a balcony for enjoying the magnificent views. Outdoor furniture allows for dining alfresco or simply relaxing in the evening sun. The large lounge area with TV/DVD and Bluetooth speaker system has many windows with wonderful open sea views; an additional dining area if there is a preference for staying indoors; and a delightful conservatory-style alcove for gazing longingly out to sea. The property has a wide central area from which all the rooms lead off. There are two lovely double bedrooms - both with stunning sea views - and a large childrens room with a single bed a full-size bunk bed plus a pull-out bed.
