Here you can immerse yourself in Yorkshire life with the market town of Yarm approximately 200 meters away. Fill your days walking or cycling along the river Tees which loops the town or rambling on the nearby North York Moors National Park with hikes up The Wainstones. There are more walking trails to challenge the avid walker including The Cleveland Way and the Tees Link. Roseberry Topping is well worth a climb to see breath-taking vistas from its peak.
