Here you can immerse yourself in Yorkshire life with the market town of Yarm approximately 200 meters away. Fill your days walking or cycling along the river Tees which loops the town or rambling on the nearby North York Moors National Park with hikes up The Wainstones. There are more walking trails to challenge the avid walker including The Cleveland Way and the Tees Link. Roseberry Topping is well worth a climb to see breath-taking vistas from its peak. No trip to the northeast of England would be complete without a trip to the coast with long beaches and quaint fishing villages of Staithes Whitby and Robin Hoods Bay. Spread over three floors this 400-year-old house is bursting with original features and contemporary touches with plenty of fluid open space. As you enter the property into the hallway your eyes are drawn straight to the open-plan kitchen/diner with cosy wood burner a perfect spot for leisurely meals whatever the time of day. The kitchen area is well-equipped with Range style electric oven and gas hob fridge/freezer dishwasher washing machine and microwave. There is a handy cloakroom and separate WC set next to the stairs that lead you to the lounge and bathroom on the first floor. The lounge is well-planned with stylish wood burner and plenty of cosy seating where you can unwind in front of the crackling fire and TV. The bathroom boasts a glorious free-standing bath separate shower and WC. Choose from the three blissful bedrooms all on the second floor. A king-size a cosy double and single all offering a restful nights sleep. There is an outdoor space to sit with garden furniture to enjoy al fresco dining in the evening in the warmer months. Private parking for two cars under the viaduct to the rear of the property. Need to know: 3 bedrooms 2 king size and 1 single. 1 bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. Cloak room with WC. Range style electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Welcome pack provided. Wood burner on the ground floor and first floor. TV in lounge. Rear garden space and private parking area for two cars. Access to the parking area is quite tight, and this could be an issue with a large vehicle or a nervous driver. Pubs, shops and restaurants within walking distance. Private water supply. Trains that do pass sound similar to a car going by on the road, trains do run through the night and occasionally are a bit noisier with the feeling of a vibration in the house.
