They are furnished to a high standard and are perfectly positioned to provide easy access to Exmoor and the wonderful sandy beaches of Saunton, Croyde, Woolacombe and Westward Ho!, with the dramatic coastline of North Devon including picturesque villages such as Clovelly, Lynton, Lynmouth, Porlock and the larger towns of Barnstaple with its theatre, cinema, clubs and shops and Bideford with an attractive water front and the very popular Burton Gallery Arts Centre. Situated 1 mile from the centre of the market town of South Molton, where two markets are held in the historic pannier market each week. There is a supermarket and numerous pubs and restaurants within, or close by the town.

The accommodation is a converted barn, adjacent to the main farmhouse, carefully converted retaining much character with underfloor heating, tiled floors and large rugs for extra comfort, offering ONE bedroom: with king-size bed and en-suite with bath, separate shower and WC. Lounge / kitchen / diner: open-plan and catches the morning sun with TV, full Sky package, DVD and woodburner. The kitchen area has a cooker, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Outside: patio doors from lounge area lead onto the main patio area with garden table, chairs, BBQ and sun loungers. Secure garden.
