Whether you are looking for an active holiday or a relaxing break Southport has something to offer everyone. Ideally located between Liverpool and Blackpool along the Sefton Coast Southport has over 22 miles of coastline and one of the oldest piers in the UK. The pier along with the fun fair Ferris wheel Splash World indoor water park bowling cinema theatre laser quest and restaurants are all a short walk away. Blackpool with many attractions including the famous tower beach zoo Pleasure Beach Sealife Centre and Madame Tussauds is within an hours drive. As soon as you enter through the front door you will be immersed in a smart home with built in google assistant heating controls for each floor plus speakers throughout the property which do make this a truly one of a kind house. The lounge has a superb open-fire with the original brick chimney and a Smart TV surrounded by a large sofa and two armchairs. Head on through to the open-plan kitchen/diner which is where you will spend all your days as it has all you need with a Smart TV dining table and chairs for your feasts of an evening. The kitchen is equipped with Range oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer coffee machine and dishwasher plus a breakfast bar. There is also a utility room leading off this with a washer/dryer. In addition there is a ground floor WC before the stairs. Heading up to the first floor there are three king-size bedrooms.
