Located in an enviable position on Cardigan's River Teifi estuary, this lovely cottage attached owners' house has one of the finest panoramic views in the area.
The property is a birdwatchers paradise, where you can enjoy birds such as heron fishing for their supper from the front of the property. The sandy beach at Poppit Sands with its rock pools and sand dunes is 1 mile away. The slipway and pontoon, great for crabbing, and the start of the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path are 50 yards away. Riverside inns are a short walk away, with the nearest approximately 150 yards from the cottage, you will be within a short distance from Cardigan town and a short drive from the Preselli Mountains. Locally you can visit Cilgerran Castle, St Dogmaels Abbey ruins or the Welsh Wildlife Centre, a short drive.
