This picturesque Cornish cottage nestles on the bank of the River Tiddy providing the perfect bolthole for enjoying peace and tranquillity or discovering the remarkable Cornish coastline. This quaint hideaway is situated in the historic village of St. Germans which is steeped in history dating back to the reign of the Saxon King Athelstan but also boasts two traditional pubs a community shop and train station. Venture further afield and explore the remarkable South Coast Whitsand Bay offering four miles of golden sands accessed via a steep cliff path. The location appeals to surfers power gliders and beach casting fishermen. The nearby South West Coast Path runs along the cliffs offering walks to Port Wrinkle Downderry Looe and Polperro. As you arrive at this unique retreat take a moment to admire the spectacular backdrop that surrounds you. Step into the cottage and you will find yourself in the kitchen which boasts remarkable views over the river and consists of an electric oven and hob dishwasher fridge microwave and breakfast bar which is perfectly situated under the window allowing you to enjoy an evening meal with a view. At the end of the day climb the cottage stairs to the first floor where you will find a beautifully furnished king-size bedroom boasting breathtaking river views and an en-suite shower room with shower and WC. Step outside to the small grassed area with bistro table and chairs the perfect place to retreat with a favourite book a glass of wine or enjoy a spot of al fresco dining on a summer evening.
