There are two bedrooms including a lower-ground-floor king-size with a storage room and en-suite bathroom, and a ground-floor twin, serviced by a ground-floor shower room. The property is best suited to no more than a group of four. Within the property there is also a kitchen with a dining area, and a first-floor sitting room with a dining area and an electric fire. Outside you can find off-road parking for one car, and a shared terrace and decking area with furniture. 17 at the Beach is a superb property for a small family or group of friends to explore the best of the Devonshire coast.
Slapton is a charming village settled at the heart of the South Hams in South Devon. The village is home to great pubs, an abundance of wildlife within its nature reserve, and a glorious beach, perfect for your family holiday. Close by you can find the towns of Kingsbridge and Dartmouth, as well as the popular resort of Salcombe, all hosting their own wonderful attractions for any time of year. Slapton makes a great base for exploring many of the wonders of South Devon.
