The property is situated just a stone’s throw away from the bustling market town of Wadebridge, at the end of the historic 14th century, 17 arched bridge that enjoys views over the river to the town.
Just a two minute walk and you are in the heart of the town, which offers a selection of restaurants, pubs, shops and multi-screen cinema. The Camel Trail is a great way to explore the area and its nature, as it meanders along the banks of the river Camel up to the river's mouth at the extremely popular tourist location of Padstow, famed among other things for its celebrity chef Rick Stein and his restaurants, numerous galleries and picturesque harbour, where you can gain a ferry to Rock, famed for being a play ground for the rich and famous. Wadebridge is also the home of the Cornwall County Show ground that throughout the year hosts numerous events.
