This traditional stone cottage is the perfect place for families and friends to get together for a holiday. Also accepting one dog you will be spoilt for choice with a great variety of places to explore nearby both countryside and coastal. Just five miles away from the city of Durham you are also within driving distance of Sunderland and Newcastle. The castle and cathedral of Durham form part of the world heritage site and ensure an interesting day out as well as other places of interest such as the world famous Open Air Beamish Museum and Crook Hll and Gardens. The property consists of an open-plan living area with lounge kitchen and dining area. The lounge is a lovely area with cosy log burning stove with exposed brickwork and beams as well as sofas and a relaxing armchair to settle down to watch TV. The kitchen has a double gas range oven and hob as well as a stylish Belfast sink microwave fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and dryer with access to a small enclosed yard. A bunk bedroom completes this floor with en-suite bathroom with overhead shower basin and WC.
