DETACHED SINGLE-STOREY CONVERSION QUIETLY SITUATED IN THE COUNTRYSIDE
This detached single storey barn conversion is situated in a quiet countryside position, close to the owner's farm (1 mile).
Ideally placed for touring Somerset, there are attractions to suit all tastes which include Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole, Clarks Village at Street and for a good family day out take a ride on the West Somerset Steam Railway, then spend time at the seaside town of Minehead and visit Dunster Castle. The Coleridge Way can easily be accessed, a new 36 mile trail through the stunning countryside of the Quantock Hills, the Brendon Hills and Exmoor. Stolford with its tidal pebbled beach is 1.5 miles with further small pebbled bays along the coastline to Minehead, perfect for those wishing to avoid the crowds and many welcome dogs all year. Steart Common is also close by and has a sandy beach and access to the RSPB Reserve and Parrett Way.
Farm activities: guests are welcome to enjoy a guided tour of the farm, watch the milking and meet the cows and calves when the season is right. Access is possible direct across the fields and dogs can be exercised as long as kept on a lead near cattle and sheep.
The accommodation is on one level and has wheelchair-friendly doorways, a ramp is provided for the entrance and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin.
Bathroom: with bath, seperate shower, heated towel rail and WC. Lounge / kitchen / diner: open-plan with woodburner effect electric fire, flatscreen TV, DVD and hi-fi. Kitchen area with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Utility room: accessed externally from the property with washer, dryer, freezer and useful storage for bikes.
Outside: enclosed courtyard with seating, BBQ and small lawned area.

Location: village shop and pub 1.5 miles (across fields), Bridgwater's shops and cinema 8 miles, Dunster Beach (sandy with pebble bank) 17 miles. Arrival: 4pm.
