Situated in the Lakeland town of Wigton which is on the cusp of the National Park. There are plenty of shops and eateries on your doorstep and the beautiful villages of Caldbeck and Hesket Newmarket with great walks and access to the Northern Fells are only a short drive away. Nearby the popular town of Keswick boasts plenty to be desired such as a weekend market museums and attractions. The Solway coast is just a short drive away and Hadrians Wall and the Scottish Borders are all within travelling distance for a day out. Entering via a few steps and through the front door you arrive into the large hall with high ceilings. Firstly on the left is the lounge which has all you need for a night in front of the Smart TV or watch a film on the DVD player. There are two leather sofas and a large double armchair and bay windows which create a wonderfully bright room. Next you have dining room here you can enjoy many great meals together. At the back is the kitchen which has an extra seating area with table and stools in front of the wood burner. There is more than enough space for all the group to chip in when creating a feast and there is everything you need for it with electric oven and gas hob microwave dishwasher fridge/freezer and of course a washing machine to sort out all those muddy walking clothes. Onto the first floor we have the master king-size bedroom with your own small snug area to enjoy the great views across the countryside. There is a further double and single bedroom plus the bathroom with a shower freestanding bath and WC. Onto the second floor we have another two double bedrooms along with the shower room with shower and WC. Leading outside there is private parking for two cars next to which you will find an enclosed garden with patio area and space for your four-legged friends to enjoy.
