Approached via quiet country lanes and set in countryside on one of the highest points in Suffolk conveniently situated to explore the county.An idyllic base for exploring all that Suffolk has to offer. Venture into Counstable Country Flatford Mill Dedham Bridge where you can hire a rowing boat for the afternoon and take in the scenery. With many picturesque villages and towns of Suffolk. Lavenham one of Englands best preserved wool towns Woodbridge is ideal for those who like walking as your never far away from a riverside walk. Head towards the attractive town of Orford you can visit one of Suffolks RSPB reserves at Havergate Island. For some retail therapy visit Bury St Edmunds or Ipswich both offering an abundance of shops and restaurants. The Suffolk coast is also a must whilst in the area Southwold Aldeburgh and Dunwich are just a few. On entering the studio apartment into the open plan lounge and sleeping area the lounge area has a comfortable sofa and chair TV & DVD. The sleeping area having a king size bed the open plan room leads through to the kitchen area having an electric oven and hob fridge and microwave a breakfast bar and stools. A shower room comprising of shower WC and wash hand basin. Outside: The property benefits from a shared patio with garden furniture and BBQ. A shared garden there is ample off road parking.
