Situated in the pretty Medieval town of Ilminster with its array of local shops restaurants pubs and takeaways. There is a vast choice of walks from your doorstep from farm tracks to bridleways walk the old railway track from Ilminster to the market town of Chard or visit the Blackdown Hills. Retail therapy can also be found at Clarks Village and the larger towns of Yeovil and Taunton. Explore the famous World Heritage Jurassic coastline where you can go fossil hunting on Charmouth beach or visit Lyme Regis Dorsets iconic seaside town. Nearby are National Trusts Barrington Court Lytes Cary Manor and Montacute House and don t forget to visit Glastonbury Cheddar Wells or the nature reserves on the Somerset Levels.
