This property is situated just a short walk away from the stunning beach at Mwnt on Wales Cardigan Bay. This secluded beach is maintained by the National Trust and is not only a beautiful spot to enjoy swimming and sunbathing but also offers direct access onto the Cardigan Bay Coast Path and is a brilliant location for spotting the bottlenose dolphins which congregate around the bay. In summer visitors can even join National Trust rangers on a dolphin spotting boat trip increasing the chances of seeing these magnificent creatures. Just a few miles south-west of the property the historic town of Cardigan is a great place for day trips especially for those with an interest in history who will relish the opportunity to visit the towns 11th century castle. On arrival at this detached property the first room that guests will come to is the welcoming lounge which offers sofa seating a TV and Blu-ray player. The kitchen/diner opens onto the terrace and enjoys fantastic sea views and is equipped with an oven hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. One of the propertys bedrooms can also be found on the ground floor a double room with its own TV next to which there is a contemporary wet room with shower and WC. Two further bedrooms can be found upstairs on the first floor both of which also boast their own TV. The first of these is a dual-aspect king-size room with views to the sea whilst the third bedroom is a pleasant twin room. The bathroom is also located on the first floor and offers a shower-over-bath and WC. Outside the property enjoys an enclosed shingled terrace and garden area with furniture and a BBQ which is the perfect place for sitting back and enjoying the peaceful surroundings and the breath-taking panoramic bay views. .
