This property enjoys a quiet countryside location in the North Devonshire countryside surrounded by many pretty villages each with their own charm and character. To the west of the property around a 25-minute drive away is the seaside town of Westward Ho! with its impressive two-mile long stretch of sandy beach which is popular with families and water sports enthusiasts alike. Also within similar driving distance is the historic harbour town of Bideford as well as the traditional fishing village of Appledore which makes a delightful place to while away an afternoon wandering the attractive cobbled streets watching the boats bob in the village quay and sampling the fresh seafood in the local bistros. Guests will love this attractive cottage which offers homely accommodation throughout. This is in evidence as soon as guests enter the lounge a relaxing light-filled space with a TV DVD cosy wood burner and a galleried landing looking over the seating area. The kitchen/diner is a spacious room with a farmhouse-style dining table and all the equipment that guests will need to make themselves at home including an oven hob microwave fridge freezer dishwasher and washer/dryer. Stairs lead from the lounge to the galleried landing which takes you on to the bedrooms. The first of these is a double room that has its own TV. The second bedroom is a good-sized twin room whilst the propertys bathroom offers a bath separate shower cubicle and WC. Outside guests can enjoy the shared gardens which are mainly set to lawn and offer a selection of garden toys outdoor furniture and a pretty pond. There is parking available for two cars and the owners can provide beach equipment if needed. There is also an EV charging point for electric cars. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 king and 1 twin.
